You can effective use vinegar as a mouth wash to swish it inside the mouth. But do not gulp it. ALSO, make sure to dilute it before using it as a mouthwash because vinegar in its raw form can be damaging for your teeth.


3. Strawberries with baking Soda

Strawberries are completely natural and they are known to have malic acid. Malic acid has the ability to minimize discoloration of teeth while baking soda or sodium bicarbonate quite effectively removes stains. The combination has proved to be beneficial and effective in acquiring whiter shades of teeth. Strawberries are known to contain potential amount of Vitamin C, which helps to break down and shatter the deposition of plaque on teeth offering it a yellowish appeal. You can also add salt to the mixture to enhance the abrasive power and effectively scrub away the stains, with the mixture of strawberries, baking soda and salt.
